We know life is busy.

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer appointments to other patients and to help more people.
We do take note of repeated non-attendance and will support you to overcome any barriers to attendance you may be facing. If non-attendance continues, we may ask you to pre-pay when booking an appointment.

Our doctors will always discuss results with patients before they can be emailed. This is for legal duty of care and to provide continuity of care for patients.
Speaking With Your Doctor

Our friendly receptionists will do their best to resolve any inquiries you may have.
If you need to speak with your doctor, our reception team will take a message and forward it for review and response as soon as possible.

All urgent phone calls will be transferred to the nurses or another clinical team member.

We prefer that you call us for any urgent matters. Our email address is used primarily for administrative purposes and is not always monitored. We endeavour to reply to emails within 48 hours.
